Got out of the habit of writing on here. Just got busy and got doing other stuff and forgot about getting my thoughts and happiness down on here. I’ve been slacking off on the exercise and been feeling a bit down because of the lack of sunlight and daily exercise. I need to get out walking or cross country skiing again. Get those natural endorphins pumping. I’ve been using a sunshine lamp daily which has definitely helped somewhat. But have definitely lost a lot of my fitness in the last 6 months compared to how I felt last spring. My goal for 2019 is to get back to committing to try to walk at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes per times. Early in the morning to start the day off right. It will only benefit me. It’s truly a win-win.
